Privacy policy

Order data: name, email, phone number, shipping and billing address, items ordered and order history.

Payment data: handled directly by our payment provider. We receive only a confirmation and the last digits of the card.

Messages: what you send us by email or through our forms, including photos you share for a fit check.

Technical data: basic device and browser information needed to run the site securely.

To process and deliver your order and handle returns (performance of a contract).

To answer your questions (legitimate interest).

To meet tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation).

To send news or offers, only if you opted in (consent). You can unsubscribe at any time.

Only with the service providers we need: payment provider, shipping carriers, email and hosting providers. They process data on our instructions. Some may be located outside the EU, in which case appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses apply. We never sell your data.

Order and invoice records are kept for as long as tax law requires, usually six years. Messages are kept for up to two years. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.
