Returns & withdrawal

EU consumers may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of the day you receive the goods, without giving any reason.

To withdraw, send us a clear statement by email to {{SUPPORT_EMAIL}} with your order number. You can use the model form below, but you do not have to.

Return the items within 14 days of telling us. Pack them well. You are responsible for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to check the product.

We refund the full amount paid, including the original delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may wait until the items are back or you show proof of return. The refund goes to the original payment method, at no cost to you.

If your cuff is defective or not what you ordered, email us with a photo. We cover the return and send a replacement or refund, under the two-year legal guarantee.

Packs bought by a business are not covered by the consumer withdrawal right. We accept unopened lounge packs back within 14 days by agreement. Contact us before sending anything.
